Common University Entrance Test (CUET)
The Common University Entrance Test (CUET) is a pivotal step introduced for admission into all undergraduate programs across all Central Universities under the Ministry of Education (MoE). This standardized test aims to streamline the admissions process by providing a common platform that offers equal opportunities to candidates nationwide.

Key Features of CUET:
- Unified Admission Process: CUET replaces the multiple entrance exams previously conducted by individual universities, simplifying the admission process for students.
- Equal Opportunities: The test is designed to ensure that students from rural and remote areas have the same opportunities as those from urban centres.
- Wide Outreach: A single examination now enables candidates to apply to multiple Central Universities, thereby broadening their chances of securing admission in their preferred institution.
- Better Connectivity: By centralizing the entrance test, CUET helps in establishing stronger connections between candidates and universities.
